Music Preparation, Scoring and Orchestrations are also big parts of being a composer and arrangeur. Of course Paco can write his own Orchestrations and Scores as well as the several Instrumental Parts. But for big productions it’s the “normal” way to work in a team and to split the work in order to be faster and more efficient.
And apart from this way there is always a better quality control because of the several associate co-workers. Because for example on recording sessions nothing is more irritating and creates a worse mood than to have bad sheets – besides from having a catering that sucks!!
